Pengaruh Kepribadian terhadap Kreativitas Guru PAUD dengan Kualifikasi Akademik yang Tidak Linier

Abstract
Kualifikasi akademik guru PAUD telah diatur dalam Permenpan No. 16 tahun 2007 guna menjamin kualitas pembelajaran. Namun, masih ditemui guru PAUD dengan kualifikasi akademik yang tidak linier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kepribadian terhadap kreativitas guru PAUD dengan kualifikasi akademik yang tidak linier. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru aktif PAUD yang tidak memiliki ijazah S1 PAUD/Psikologi dan diperoleh 54 guru di Kecamatan Buduran, Candi, dan Sukodono, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Big Five Personality (BFI) hasil adaptasi Ramdhani (2012) serta Creativity Fostering Teacher Behavior Index (CFTIndex) milik Soh (2015). Hasil uji regresi diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh kepribadian terhadap kreativitas guru PAUD dengan kualifikasi akademik yang tidak linier sebesar 83,5%. Kepribadian extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, dan openness to experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas guru PAUD dengan kualifikasi akademik yang tidak linier. Sementara itu, neuroticism menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh terhadap kreativitas guru PAUD dengan kualifikasi akademik yang tidak linier.
